I just completed work with a new guitar, which I made in cooperation with my son Kaarel. It has German spruce top and back made of padouk. Actually, I do not understand, why guitar makers use this kind of wood so rarely. It,s carrot-like color simply puts smile on your face and it sounds like… French wine – light and fruity. It has all best sound qualities that we are used to value, when looking for a new concert guitar. Headstock is designed by Kaarel himself. Neck is made of Canadian maple.
